Lately I am so crazy about this cupcake decoration thingy, so I decided to take a lesson on cupcake baking and decoration at Apple Kitchen. I had a great time there with another student Nancy and our instructor Melinda. This was my first attempt in cake baking and decorating with fondant and royal icing. It was very fun and interesting. I would love to learn more on this :)

It is fun working with fondant. Time consuming but rewarding when the decoration turned out pretty.
